Aaron Manoucheri

Aaron Manoucheri, like his brothers Avi and Yosef, grew up in Beverly Hills, CA, in a third-generation real estate family. He is the second-oldest of eight siblings. Aaron spent over eight years living in New York and the Middle East. While in New York, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, followed shortly after by a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate & Development.

At just 16 years old, Aaron began his real estate career, taking on several essential roles within the family's business. He started in property management and eventually ran the collections department for the entire portfolio, overseeing more than 65 properties across Southern California. After several years as an asset manager, Aaron used his expertise to launch the family's East Coast and Florida operations.

Aaron now resides in Long Island, New York, with his wife and four children, where he spearheads the family's New York office. His responsibilities include sourcing, acquiring and managing real estate acquisitions across the Northeastern United States. He also maintains strong ties to the family's holdings in California, New Jersey, Florida and the Middle East, and continues to play an active role in their day-to-day management.

The Manoucheri Heritage: Manoucheri Brothers LLC is a third-generation family office with over 65 years of combined real estate experience and expertise. Aaron, alongside his brothers Avi and Yosef, launched the family's Florida office in Miami Beach. The Manoucheri family now operates three central offices — in Los Angeles, New York and Miami — plus one international office in the Middle East, overseeing 75+ properties valued at more than $2 billion in assets under management.
