Amber Balcaen

Amber Balcaen is a professional racecar driver, keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and media personality who has built her career from the ground up through resilience, relationship-building, and creating her own opportunities. She made history as the first Canadian woman to win a NASCAR-sanctioned race in the United States. Amber has personally raised more than $5 million in sponsorship to fund her racing career by building partnerships and turning her personal brand into a business that has allowed her to compete at the national level. Her career has expanded beyond racing into entrepreneurship, speaking, content, and television, including serving as a lead cast member on CMT's Racing Wives, co-hosting Cars That Rock, and being featured in a Hello Sunshine docuseries. As a keynote speaker, Amber translates more than two decades of competing and building her own career into lessons on resilience, performing under pressure, building confidence through action, and creating opportunities before they exist.
