David Luftglass

David Luftglass is Director of Partnerships & Investor Relations at Andromeda Ventures, where he builds relationships with family offices, institutions, and strategic partners across space, defense, energy, health, and dual-use technologies.

He is also CEO and Co-Founder of Zenith Uruguay, a public-private partnership organizing a large-scale innovation and infrastructure campus supporting renewable energy, water resources, agriculture, and advanced industry in South America.

Mr. Luftglass additionally organizes international investment and trade delegations in partnership with the U.S. Department of State, focused on strengthening technology and commercial ties between the United States and emerging markets.
