Jonathan Moore

Jonathan Moore is Managing Partner of Client Services and Partner-in-Charge of Advisory Services at PKF O'Connor Davies, one of the nation's largest accounting, tax, and advisory practices. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has provided accounting due diligence services in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out transactions for private equity firms and strategic investors, participating in hundreds of transactions valued between $5 million and $3 billion.

Mr. Moore oversees all of the firm's advisory practices — including Transaction, Risk, Cybersecurity, ESOP, Forensics, Litigation and Valuation, and Bankruptcy and Restructuring, and TalentConnect — and serves as Head of Transaction Advisory Services for PKF Advisory across North America. His industry experience spans aerospace, consumer products, distribution, entertainment, healthcare, industrial services, logistics, medical devices, manufacturing, retail, specialty chemicals, and software development.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University and is a member of the AICPA and NYCPA.
