Julia Delgado

Julia Delgado is the lead grantmaker for BlackRock Future Builders at The BlackRock Foundation, where she oversees strategic investments and partnerships that expand access to high-quality careers in the skilled trades and other growing industries in the United States. Through the Foundation's $100 million Future Builders initiative, she works with nonprofit organizations, employers, labor, educational institutions, and workforce leaders to strengthen talent pipelines in infrastructure, energy, and the digital economy.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Julia worked at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where she partnered with cross-sector coalitions to design workforce training pathways, strengthen employer engagement, and advance regional workforce strategies across the energy, advanced manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
