Katie Dunn

Katie Dunn is a fourth-generation owner of JE Dunn Construction Company and Principal and Senior Wealth Consultant at Mariner, where she focuses on new business development and relationship management. She works primarily with business owners and senior-level executives to help formulate and implement financial plans, as well as with family offices, nonprofits, foundations, and institutions.

Ms. Dunn began her career as a financial advisor with Piper Jaffray in 2006, advancing to account vice president after the firm's acquisition by UBS. She joined Mariner as a senior wealth manager in 2009, moved into the role of senior wealth consultant in 2010, and became a principal in 2019. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas Christian University.

Ms. Dunn serves on the Advancement Board for the University of Kansas Health System and is part of the Kansas City Royals ownership group. She also volunteers at her children's schools and serves on the executive leadership team for the Dunn Family Council.
