The Kajora Events & Experiences Council exists for those people.

What This Council Is

The Events & Experiences Council is Kajora’s most operationally powerful council — a curated group of leaders who collectively hold the venues, the speakers, the brands, the audiences, and the production relationships that make extraordinary gatherings possible.

Council members are not attendees. They are architects. They shape what Kajora produces, who gets in the room, and what the experience feels like from the moment an invitation arrives to the moment the last conversation ends.

Who Belongs Here

Council seats are held by leaders who bring one or more of the following to the table:

Venues and Hospitality — Private clubs, hotel partners, rooftop access, estate venues, cultural institutions, boardrooms, and experiential spaces across New York and beyond.

Speakers and Talent — Access to extraordinary voices across finance, technology, athletics, entertainment, philanthropy, and public life. People who move rooms.

Brand and Sponsor Relationships — Companies and brands whose participation elevates the experience and whose audiences align with the Kajora community.

Community and Audiences — Leaders of aligned communities, networks, and organizations who can co-host, cross-promote, and bring the right people into the room.

Production and Experience Design — Event producers, AV and staging professionals, culinary partners, and experience designers who understand the difference between an event and an experience.

What Council Members Build Together

The Events & Experiences Council is the engine behind Kajora’s event calendar — including our signature produced events, collaborative gatherings with aligned communities, intimate council dinners, and the experiences that bring the full Kajora ecosystem into the same room.

The Fall Summit — October 7-9 in New York City — is the council’s first major production of the season. It will be the most curated Kajora room we have ever built.

Kajora does not produce events to fill seats. We produce experiences to deepen relationships — and the Events & Experiences Council is the group that makes that possible.
