1. Membership & Subscription Terms

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
You authorize automatic billing to your chosen payment method.
You may cancel at any time via your customer portal. Access remains through the end of your paid term.
No refunds are provided for partial months, unused access, or missed sessions.

2. Content Access & Use

You receive non-transferable access to the materials, sessions, and community related to your membership.
All content is owned by the Company and is for personal use only.
You agree not to copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission.

3. Community Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully in all online or in-person communities.
Harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruptive conduct will result in revoked access without refund.

4. Legal & Earnings Disclaimer

All products are educational and informational in nature.
We do not offer legal, tax, investment, or medical advice.
Outcomes vary and are based on your individual effort, application, and market dynamics. No income or success is guaranteed.

5. Program Changes

Program structure, access, and pricing may evolve as part of our ongoing effort to deliver the best possible experience.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue offerings with notice.
